Privacy Policy

Overview
IronMax is a fitness and workout logging app. This policy describes how we handle your information.
Data We Store
IronMax stores data on your device to provide the app's features:
- Workout data — Exercises, sets, reps, weights, and completed workouts
- Exercise library — Built-in and custom exercises, categories, and notes
- Max values — Your one-rep max, three-rep max, or training max per exercise
- Preferences — Units (e.g. pounds/kilograms), rounding, re-max schedule, theme, and optional display name
This data is stored locally on your iPhone. We do not send it to our own servers.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or other contact info (except an optional display name you can enter in Settings, which stays on your device).
- We do not use analytics or third-party tracking in the current version of the app.
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
iCloud and Backups
- The app is designed to work offline. All core data lives on your device.
- If you use iCloud Backup, your iPhone may include your app data in its backup. That backup is controlled by Apple and your iCloud account, not by us.
- A future version of IronMax may offer optional iCloud sync so your data can appear on other devices signed into the same Apple ID. If we add that, we will update this policy.
Security
- Your data is stored using Apple's standard on-device storage (SwiftData).
- We do not transmit your workout or exercise data over the internet to our own systems.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Contact
If you have questions about this privacy policy or your data, you can contact the developer through the support channel provided in the App Store listing or in the app's Settings.
